The Tangent workflow
This is our workflow for printed literature. It can easily be adapted
to suit smaller projects, or other media such as corporate identity
or interior design.
Our overriding objective is to ensure that we achieve the right
solution for you.

Initial briefing meeting.

The Tangent responds with written proposals and estimated costs.

Proposals and costs are discussed, developed and agreed.

Any necessary research is commissioned and the results analysed
and presented.

Based on the results of the research, design and copy proposals
are presented that may be tested with appropriate focus groups if
necessary.

Focus group recommendations are taken on board.

Further copy drafts and developed designs are submitted and discussed.
If appropriate, these are progressed by email to speed up the process.
Any illustrations or photography necessary are commissioned or sourced.

Client feeds back comments and amendments to an agreed schedule
in order to meet the deadline.

The copywriter continues to develop copy and the designer continues
to work on final designs for approval. Both elements are presented
as they are developed.

Client feeds back any further comments and amendments.
